Boles, Coddenham, England, reports the discovery of an apparent supernova (mag 18.3) on unfiltered CCD images taken on Aug. 31.114 and 31.894 with a 0.35-m reflector.  The new object is located at R.A. = 6h37m19s.77 +/- 0s.02, Decl. = +56o22'57".8 +/- 0".2 (equinox 2000.0), which is approximately 5".6 west and 11".8 north of the center of MCG +09-11-21. Nothing is present at this position on Boles's images from 2010 Mar. 2 and 2009 Sept. 25 (limiting mag 19.5) or on Digitized Sky Survey plates from 1991 Feb. 8 (limiting red mag 20.5) and 1991 Dec. 12 (limiting blue mag 21.0).
