APPARENT SUPERNOVA IN MCG+8-34-30 (PGC62660) T. Boles, Coddenham, England, reports the discovery of an apparent supernova (mag 17.9) on unfiltered CCD images taken on Oct 19.939 and 20.777 with a 0.35-m reflector. The new object is located at R.A. =19h00m04s.40, Decl. = +48o51'37".8, which is approximately 6".1 west and 4".5 north of the center of MCG+8-34-30. Nothing is present at this position on Boles's images from 2010 Nov 10 and Oct 30 (limiting mag 19.5) or on Digitised Sky Survey Plates from 1992-08-26 (limiting red mag 20.5), and 1990-07-21 (limiting blue mag 21.0).
